Why does Cyborg Frieza look like that

I have been wondering lately, Dr.Gero a human created androids, cyborg, with great power, manufacturer, and with great looks how come Cyborg Frieza looked like his parts came out of the junkyard. I mean Frieza's Empire is the universes greatest empire filled with alien technology with great scientist and all yet Dr.Gero a human made couple of androids that far exceeds those Great Scientist that create Cyborg Frieza.

Weird <_<

That's true, I guess they were just limited with what they had to work with :P

The androids were human at one point so when u have a body the insides are easier to build and rebuild. As for Frezia, he hardly had half a body. So ther wasnt much to work with. I dont think Frezia and his henchmen carried for his looks just the power he brought.

But it's still weird i mean they make space ships, scouter, advance armor, healing machine, and yet Freiza look like hes made out of a junkyard's part. I think they actually have to care about his looks i mean every1 will just laugh at Freiza seeing that the Lord of the greatest empire ever is made of junkyard parts  .

Freiza: How dare u made me out of junkyard scrap.
Scientist: Lord 4give me i tried my best with my punny little brain.
Freiza: Death Beam.
Scientist: Arg

What would of happen if Freiza looks into a mirror  .

Cooler did a better job at rebuilding himself than Frieza did. Anyways, Frieza's goons were all pretty lame. That's probably why they did such a terrible job.

Did you stop to think that perhaps Frieza didn't care about his appearance? Who's to say that the form he took wasn't more powerful than a more physically appealing one would have been?

And are you forgetting how much more powerful the Androids were than Frieza? If their technology were truly that advanced, then they would have been able to make Frieza insanely powerful. Remember, Androids 17 and 18 were simple humans, yet they became more powerful than Frieza. If Frieza's scientists were all that great, they would have been able to maken Frieza a hell of a lot more powerful than he was.

That's the point. If Frieza scientist is consider the universes greatest scientist then there is no way a human made android is far superior 2 what freiza had become. Asuming Frieza's Empire last 4 generations or more then we can probably make a good guess that their technology is far superior than anything from earth.

Are you actually saying there is "no way a human made android is far superior 2 what freiza had become"? They were stronger. Fact. 18 was more than a match for Vegeta, who was stronger than the SSJ Goku that fought Frieza, and Goku beat Frieza easily.

Also I do think Famicommander is right; Frieza would probably have cared more about the power of his new body rather than the appearance. Maybe he was told "you can be powerful if we take the best parts availiable, but your body will look a mess."
We have to remember that his final form, whilst it looked physically appealing, was not intimidating. However it was stronger than his previous intimidating forms, so I doubt Frieza would have gone for the more intimidating looking previous forms over his stronger final form.

I think we're looking at this all wrong. Frieza's scientists and Dr. Gero had completely different agendas.

Dr. Gero's focus for all of his creations was power. But I don't think Frieza's scientists had power in mind. If Frieza thought himself to be the strongest in the universe, then he wouldn't need scientists to create anything powerful. In fact, he'd probably forbid them from doing anything of the sort since there would be a chance that the technology would be used against him. Frieza's scientists seemed mainly concerned with matters of convenience, like healing, travel, communication, etc.

Also, they probably had no experience with cybernetic prosthetics. They surely hadn't done it before, since no one other than Frieza's family would be worth it.

I think Frieza was on the edge of death, so when KC found him, they had to work on him straight away with whatever supplies they had in the ship. Not having time to travel to another planet where they could "rebuild" him as a closer ressemblance of his former self.

If they took too long, then his life force would've probably slipped away.

Then ofcourse, he wanted to go straight to Earth.

I think the same as well, work with what you have since there is no time left.

the scientist were all straped for time to make a new body for frieza, i agree, and the way i see it they were all working on seperate part so they didn't have a lot of time to make the stylish but just functional for friezas big power level at the time.
